Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days unless otherwise stated. Orders are processed on business days only and do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

Canada: 3–6 business days
United States: 3–5 business days
United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
Europe: 4–8 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 4–7 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you may receive a tracking number so you can follow your package during transit.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur. Cold Truth is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Cold Truth is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us if you need additional assistance.
