Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Not be damaged, washed, or altered
  • Include proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as non-returnable
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

Return Process

  • The item(s) you would like to return
  • The reason for the return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective or incorrect item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or color, please contact us first at support@coldtruthstudios.com.

If an exchange is not available, you may need to return the original item and place a new order.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item is defective
  • We sent the wrong item

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
